Terms of Service

Anna is a digital ADHD support companion designed to help users manage tasks, track patterns, and organise daily life between psychology and psychiatry appointments.

Anna is not a medical service. Anna does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content is for general informational and organisational support only.

Anna is operated by the Anna Centre and is available to users aged 16 and over.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Anna is a wellness and productivity tool, not a clinical service
• Nothing in the app constitutes medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
• Anna does not replace your relationship with your doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist
• You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, including medication changes
• In a mental health emergency, contact your clinician, call 000, or contact Lifeline on 13 11 14

To use Anna, you must:

• Be aged 16 or older
• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@annacentre.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.

Free Plan: Basic features are available at no cost.

Premium Plan: Advanced features are available via a paid subscription at $19.97 AUD/month.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Clinic Referrals: If referred by a clinic, your subscription terms may differ as agreed with your clinic.

You agree not to:

• Use Anna for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Misuse the AI features to generate harmful content
• Use Anna in ways that could harm yourself or others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Anna allows optional connection to third-party services including:

• Google Calendar, Gmail (via Google OAuth)
• Microsoft Outlook (via Microsoft OAuth)
• Stripe (payment processing)

By connecting these services, you agree to their respective terms of service. Anna is not responsible for third-party service availability, data practices, or errors.

You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Profile settings.

All content, design, code, and features of Anna are owned by the Anna Centre and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all personal data and content you create within the app (tasks, notes, check-ins). By using Anna, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service to you.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from Anna's interface or content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Anna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Anna
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at admin@annacentre.com.au — we will do our best to resolve it directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of Anna after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.

By you: You may close your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, your right to use Anna ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
