Privacy Policy

Account Information: Your name, email address, and account credentials when you register.

Health & Wellbeing Data: Daily check-ins, mood scores, symptom logs, medication profiles, and ADHD-related patterns you voluntarily enter.

Task & Planning Data: Tasks, calendar events, shopping lists, and routines you create in the app.

Email Integration Data: If you connect Gmail or Outlook, we access your emails only to extract actionable tasks, appointments, and reminders. We do not store email content — only the extracted data you approve.

Calendar Data: If you connect Google Calendar, we read and write events only with your permission.

Usage Data: How you interact with the app (features used, session duration) to improve your experience.

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide personalised ADHD support, planning, and coaching
• Generate AI-powered insights about your patterns and routines
• Send medication reminders and appointment alerts you configure
• Improve app features and user experience
• Support your clinical team (only if you explicitly share a report)

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is protected using:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
• Secure, isolated database storage per user
• OAuth 2.0 for all third-party integrations (Google, Outlook)
• Access tokens are never stored — only used at the time of the request
• No employees have routine access to your health data

When you choose to connect third-party services, the following applies:

Google (Gmail, Calendar): We use OAuth 2.0. We only access data with your explicit permission and for the specific purpose you authorised. Your Google credentials are never stored.

Microsoft (Outlook): Same OAuth 2.0 protections apply.

Stripe: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

AI Services: Anonymised data may be processed by AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate responses. No personally identifiable health data is sent without anonymisation.

We may send you:

• Medication refill reminders (if enabled)
• Task and appointment reminders (if enabled)
• Account and security notifications
• Occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)

You can manage all notification preferences in your Profile settings.

We only share your data in these limited circumstances:

• With your clinic: Only if you are referred by a clinic and have agreed to share progress reports
• With service providers: Trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, AI) under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements: Only when required by law

We never share your data for advertising purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Export your data in a portable format
• Disconnect any third-party integration at any time from Profile settings
